About BitcoinWalletSG

BitcoinWalletSG is the consumer brand of Bitcoin Wallet Pte Ltd (UEN 202104681W), a Singapore-registered company supplying hardware wallets and self-custody tools to retail buyers and small businesses across Singapore. Trading since February 2021.

We are an authorized reseller for the brands listed below. Every unit we sell is sourced directly from the brand or its regional distributor, sealed, and traceable to an invoice we can show you on request.

Authorized reseller status

We hold reseller authorization from four of the five brands we carry. You can verify each one directly with the manufacturer:

• SafePal: sole Singapore authorized reseller. Listed at safepal.com/en/reseller.
• Trezor: one of two authorized resellers in Singapore. Listed at trezor.io/resellers.
• Tangem: authorized partner. Listed at tangem.com/en/partnership (Asia tab).
• Cryptosteel: authorized reseller. Listed at cryptosteel.com/resellers.
• OneKey: consignment partner, not an authorized reseller. We stock OneKey units on consignment from the brand and are in active conversation with their BD team. We will update this line if and when authorization is granted.

If a status above changes, we update this page within seven days.

Who runs this

QH, founder and sole operator. Computer science background, hands-on with every wallet we stock. He answers the WhatsApp line, packs the orders, and handles pickups at our Ang Mo Kio unit by appointment. If you message us during business hours, you are talking to him.

We operate from an industrial-park unit, not a retail showroom: no display floor, no air-conditioning. Visits are by appointment only because the founder is not always on site. Come for order pickup or pre-booked in-person setup help (S$30 to S$50 depending on wallet). Free support is available over WhatsApp and chat for any wallet bought from us.

What we do not do

• We do not give investment advice. We sell tools for self-custody.
• We do not custody funds. Once a wallet leaves our shop, the seed phrase is yours and only yours.
• We do not promise that a hardware wallet makes you uncrackable. It removes the largest attack surface (online key exposure). The rest is operational discipline, which we are happy to walk through.
